We used Renee’s “Red Car” because it holds more!
It is the beginning of May and spring is here to stay finally! No wonder it is called “The Merry, Merry Month of May”! Time for the annual pilgrimage to Groff’s Plant Farm with my buddy, Renee, and filling the car with all sorts of interesting new plants to add to our gardens.
Besides buying some new lovelies, here are the “Blooms of the Week” at our house, come take a mini-tour!

Lovely photos of your garden. I especially love the picture of the sweet woodruff. The new greens are so pretty.
Thanks for taking a tour of today’s garden blooms! Sweet woodruff is one of my personal favorites in the groundcover category too! It is practically indestructible yet dainty and demure.
Lovely! I am so jealous. It snowed here yesterday and again this morning. I covered everything I could but lost a lot of flowers and the azaleas don’t look good.
Oh, Lyn!! I am so sorry that Mother Nature is being so nasty to you this year! Hopefully, more of your flowers pull through than you expect and it warms up again quickly. Hang in there!
