Just a quick little two-day road trip to Proposal Rock (Neskowin, Oregon) on the Pacific Coast. Early October, misty coastline walks and flowers still blooming. Icy water and warm sand along the rocky shore. A wonderful little get away that was a gift from my daughter and son-in-law.
Let me show you some of the sights I saw!
Proposal Rock at low tide
Impatiens
Layna catching the rays
Fuchsia
Arbor Gate

A beautiful, magical place and very different shore than I know on the east coast, Chris!
I loved the bottle driveway. I wonder how long that took and how many bottles. Also the barrel planting — I wonder how they water in the barrel as to not rot the barrel. Looks like your dog was basking in the sun enjoying himself. I also like the free book — great idea grab and curl up and read. I wish I could grow some of that Fuschia here in zone 6 it is absolutely beautiful and the potted blue Hydrangea. Can you tell I love purple/blue??? Thanks for sharing your trip.
So glad you came along to see the Pacific Coast town of Neskowin with me, Renee! That driveway had a LOT of bottles!
